Pour desired packet straight into your bath or inside the provided cotton muslin bag. If using the bag, tie it off gently and place it into your hot running bath. Steep for 5-10 minutes before soaking, meditating & reviving. (if pouring straight into your bath, strain flowers out before draining tub)
